Entry requirements, terms and details:
1. Dine-in customers with bills of $20 or more are eligible to submit an entry ticket to this giveaway. This is checked before tax and tips are applied.
2. Multiple entries can be submitted per table as long as they each meet the price requirement and are submitted for different individuals. Split the check with friends, not with yourself!
3. Each customer may accrue up to 5 valid entries.
4. Winners selected in each round will have all other entries removed, whereas all non-winning entries will remain for future rounds. Even one entry can put you in the running!
The winners of the first round will be drawn and contacted on Friday, October 25th via your preferred method (phone call or email). We will not ask you for any personal information aside from your name in order to reserve your tickets and to confirm your acceptance of the prize. Do not provide sensitive information to accounts impersonating PizzaPapalis. Any information supplied for entry will only be used for contacting the winners of the raffle.
